These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on this website. By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT, in duty or international pricing. Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Orders can be processed directly though this web site. You will find everything displayed by category or you can also look for something in particular using our search site facility.

Bebaroque accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. We also accept payment by cheque, however, the goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared. Please send the cheque with your address and cheque card number on the back to - Unit 5 Albion Business Centre, 78 Albion Road, Edinburgh, EH7 5QZ, cheques should be made payable to - Bebaroque.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Bebaroque will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
